STM consider an essential value the respect of the principle of loyalty and correctness in the management of the business, from both employees and in general people representing the Company.
With such purpose, STM adopted a Model (Modello di organizzazione, gestione e controllo) in accordance with the requirements of the Italian Law (d.lgs. 231/01) and in accordance with criteria established by main Trade Associations.
STM Model represents a set of principles, procedures and provisions aimed to the set up and the accurate management of the most sensitive activities.
The Code of Conduct is an essential part of the Model, and it provides guidelines in behaviour and the standards of integrity and transparency people of STM must follow in all relationship internally and with third parties.
