Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP)
Maintaining its focus on environmental protection, STM is now offering wet electrostatic precipitators to meet the most stringent emissions regulations relating to particulate matter.
– Particulate < 5 mg/Nm3
– Elimination of smoke plume visibility
– Long time operation (up to 2 years) without significant maintenance (limited to inspection and cleaning)
Fiberizing
Based on STM R&D work, the Techrock4 is a latest-generation 4-rotor spinning machine capable of turning out 5.5 – 6 tons/hour of fiber: the ideal technological solution for medium/high stone wool production lines.
STM spinning machines deliver capacities from 1 ton/hour up to 5.5 – 6 tons/hour.
For higher production output, dual-machine installations are available.
Crimping
STM 4 STAGE CRIMPING MACHINE WITH COOLED ROLLS
Four sections of roller conveyors run pair-wise in such a manner that the fibres undergo realignment in a narrow and defined zone. Therefore the compression strength of the product can be increased or the density of the product can be decrease maintaining the compression strength at the desired level.
Water cooled rolls by dedicated chiller.
