Hydrated lime has a variety of uses in industrial applications like water treatment, building, waste gas treatment soil stabilization, etc.
The hydration process consists in an exotherm reaction between lime and water.

The process is performed through a three-stage hydrator:

I Stage: Reaction chamber.

II Stage: Mixing chamber.

III Stage: Seasoning chamber.

Dosing of water and quicklime to the hydrator is accurately controlled by a screw conveyor and water pump at variable speed controlled by inverters.

The product discharged from the hydrator is classified in order to obtain the desired fineness.
