Limestone crusching and screening plant

The limestone arriving to the plant site from the quarry already screened in a proper range size, is unloaded in the receiving hopper in cement concrete.

The limestone is discharged by vibrating extractor and transported by belt conveyor to the vibrating screen to eliminate the fines generated during the handling and transportation from the quarry.

The vibrating screen feeds a weigh hopper equipped with a hydraulic gate to discharge the material into the skip bucket which feeds the kiln.
